Document Description
The request is for a three-parcel residential land division. The project would result in the creation of 3 ~44 acre parcels. The proposed parcels would be served by on-site wells and septic systems. The project would require the construction of two driveways encroachments on Fern Road East. Existing driveways will be used to access to the interior of the proposed parcels. The existing driveways on proposed Parcels 2 & 3 may have to be extended through a proposed Sensitive Biological Resources No Disturbance Buffer Zone in order to provide access to northwestern portions of the proposed parcels. The driveway extension on Parcel 2 would require the construction of a seasonal stream crossing. Extension of sewage disposal line from the building sites on proposed Parcels 2 and 3 would require boring under the seasonal drainage and other disturbance within the Sensitive Biological Resources No Disturbance Buffer Zone.
