Document Description
The overall focus for the 2011 RTP is directed at achieving a coordinated and balanced multi-modal transportation system, while maintaining the integrity of the existing system. Critical to this focus is 1) maintaining close coordination with Caltrans District 10 and with adjacent counties' transportation plans through the RTP planning process; and 2) maintaining consistency with the General Plans of Stanislaus County and the incorporated cities to make sure that the interests of special districts, private organizations and residents, and state and federal agencies are addressed.
