Document Description
The Applicant is proposing to rezone the subject site from Planned Agricultural - 20 acres (PA-20) to One-Family Residential - Planned Development (R1-PD). Six proposed open space areas would be rezoned from PA-20 to Open Space - Planned Development (OS-PD) as well. The proposed project would also consist of a planned development and tentative subdivision map to create 109 lots ranging in size from 4,500 to 20,000 square feet. The subdivision would include 77 standard lots and 32 cluster lots. Proposed project density is 3.6 dwelling units per acre consistent with El Dorado General Plan land use designation of High Density Residential which permits a density range of one to five dwelling units per acre.
