Document Description
The Project is a wastewater treatment plant with an initial design capacity of 2.5 MGD and an ultimate capacity of 15 MGD. The Project is intended to provide wastewater treatment services for future development in the Mesquite Lake Specific Plan area. The plant will utilize membrane bioreactor (MBR) technology as a means to produce highly treated tertiary effluent which will meet all provision of California's Title 22 requirements.
