Document Description
The proposed project consists of the rehabilitation of the existing 224 unit Villa Venetia apartment complex, including the rehabilitation of the interiors and building exteriors, modifications to existing landscaping and parking, and enhancement of existing active/passive recreational facilities. Improvements would neither increase the internal floor area nor increase the height of any structure. None of these improvements would change the intensity of use or density of the apartment complex. Rehabilitation would be phased and take ~10-12 months per building, resulting in completion of the project in up to 3 yrs. The project also includes an Option to Amend Lease Agreement for the subject Parcel 145, to be approved by the County Board of Supervisors prior to proposed rehab work and necessary discretionary and non-discretionary action.
