Document Description
The Project would extend the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) E Line, a light rail transit line, from its current terminus at the Atlantic Station in the unincorporated community of East Los Angeles to the City of Whittier. It would extend the Metro E Line approximately 9 miles with an initial interim operable segment of 4.2 miles. The Build Alternatives evaluated in the Final EIR are Alternative 1 Washington and Alternative 3 Atlantic to Greenwood IOS (Locally Preferred Alternative).
