Document Description
The City of Loma Linda is proposing to construct and operate a water treatment plant (Richardson Treatment Plant) and two new water production wells (Richardson Well No. 5 & Mountain View Well No. 6). The Richardson Treatment Plant will include ion exchange (IX) treatment and Liquid Phase Granular Activated Carbon (LPGAC) treatment of groundwater from Well Nos. 5 & 6. The maximum capacity of the treatment plant is proposed at 4,800 gpm. In addition to IX and LPGAC treatment, the treatment plant will also include a hypochlorite tablet chlorination system.
