The site is currently vacant. Access would be provided by private driveways connewctionf to Double K Road. The project would be served by on-site septic systems and imported water from the Valley Center Municipal Water District. Earthwork will consist of cut od 13,374 cy, fill of 29,085 cy and import 15,711 cy.
