Document Description
Panther Energy Company of Tulsa, Oklahoma, proposes to drill, test, and (if determined economically viable) install production equipment for 4 natural gas wells in Merced County. If production equipment is installed, ~4.85 miles of gathering lines would be constructed in order to connect each gas well to the existing transmission line located within Gurr, Sandy Mush, and Combs Road right-of-ways, west of the well sites. Each well would be located on a 250 ft by 250 ft pad and two would require the construction of short access roads. The four well sites are located south of the City of Merced between the intersection of Sandy Mush Road/S. Gurr Road and Sandy Mush Road/County Road 59 (Los Banos Highway).
