Proposal to relocate Water Treatment Facility from within the 3 ft lake surcharge zone at Tequepis Point to a higher elevation south of the existing location, which is beside an existing paved roadway within the already developed campground area, restore and revegetate with native plants the existing water treatment facility location on Tequepis Point; and add a second water storage reservoir adjacent to the existing water storage reservoir, which lies on the hillside above the south of Highway 154.
