Document Description
The proposed project would stabilize a failing slope located on the south side of Aldine Drive, west of Fairmount Avenue and within the Kensington-Talmadge Neighborhood of Mid-City Community Plan Area. The project would construct two cast in place retaining walls, each measuring 360 LF and 6 to 26 ft in height. The retaining walls would support the sloughing slope where erosion has occurred. Improvements would consist of reinforcing the slope where erosion has occurred, rerouting utilities, and landscaping treatments.
