Document Description
Request by Mr. Duk-ki Kratavil for a Conditional Use Permit for an as-built access road that was constructed on the subject parcel by a previous owner, along with the implementation of recommended slope stability measures and installation of a mobile home. This construction included the grading of an ~3,100 ft long service road, that extends from the northeast corner of the property to the southern end of the site, and back to a well site at the northwest corner of the property. The as-built service road drops a total of ~170 ft in elevation from the northeast corner of the site tot he northwest corner of the site. The existing service road terminates at the northwest corner of the site and does not provide access to any other outlets, homes or any other structures. In addition, the project includes the placement of a mobile home on the property, located at the northern portion of the parcel, originally proposed by the previous landowner. No additional grading is needed to accommodate the mobile home. The construction of the as-built service road, along with the implementation of recommended slope stability measures, will result in ~6.8 acres of disturbance and includes ~8,651 cy of cut and fill on a 35.3 acre parcel.
