Document Description
This project involves installation of ~10,500 ft of buried 12 inch diameter polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe between an existing "T" fitting from the Phase 1 project at the Dulard Road/Black Road intersection and the Rancho Maria Golf Course. The pipeline would extend south on Black Road (~4,200 ft), east along Highway 1 (~4,800 ft), and along the existing entrance road (~1,500 ft) within the Rancho Maria Golf Course to an existing irrigation reservoir. The pipeline would be located within the public right-of-way along Black Road and Highway 1 (under pavement or the adjacent roadway shoulder), and buried to a minimum depth of 3 ft. The project also includes the construction of a new irrigation reservoir and pump station at the golf course.
