Document Description
The project proposes a Tentative Map and Site Plan to subdivide 111.6 acres into 4 lots. Two of the proposed lots would be devleoped with single family residences. One of the lots would contain an existing single family residence and equestrian facility and one lot would be granted to the Pine Valley Mutual Water Company for use as a well site.
