Document Description
Request by Robert Hall for an amendment to an existing winery Conditional Use Permit to allow an increase in the existing special event program to include:
A maximum of 24 special events in any calendar year to include the following:
- 6 special events with up to 200 people;
- 6 special events with up to 300 people;
- 6 special events with up to 400 people;
- 6 special events with up to 600 people.
Events to last no more than one day each;
Events to occur between 11:00 am to 10:00 pm;
No more than one event per day;
Amplified music would be allowed.
The proposed project will not result in site disturbance on the ~91 acre parcel. The proposed project will however use ~80,000 sf that will remain unimproved for the overflow parking area.
