Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2012-0125-R5) to the project applicant, Golden Oak Ranch Properties. The project proposes to impact 0.71 acres of permanent impact and 2.12 acres of temporary impact to southern willow and mulefat scrub habitat and mitigate with 2.12 acres of creation, restoration and/or enhancement for temporary impacts and 1.77 acres of 2.12 acres of creation, restoration and/or enhancement for permanent impacts.
