Document Description
The City of Orange General Plan 2006-2014 Housing Element identifies and analyzes the existing and projected housing needs of the Orange community, and articulates the City's official policies for the preservation, conservation, improvement, and production of housing within the City. The 2006-2014 Quantified Objectives are 5,079 new production units, 260 rehabilitation units, and 75 conservation and/or preservation units.
