Document Description
The proposed project is for the construction of two new single-family residences on two existing, legal, residentially-zoned parcels in a rural residential neighborhood. Discretionary requests (i.e.,site plan reviews) for structure heights in excess of 18 feet, up to 24 feet for flat and 28 feet for pitched roof, and construction on slope between 3 to 1 and 2 1/2 to 1 are also included. The two ACDP applications were submitted separately; however, for the purposes of this Initial Study, the Plannign Division has chosen to analyze the applications concurrently in accordance with the CEQA in order to assess any cumulative impacts associated with the proposed developments.
