Document Description
The proposal consists of expanding the level surface area of the existing property to create a new sport fields for the church, with associated concrete bleachers, retaining wall, and landscaping. In order to create an expanded level play are for the school, the existing open drainage channel at the rear of the property will be replaced with two hard bottom concrete box culverts. Both culverts will be installed, however, only one culvert will be functioning. In the future, the other culvert will be utilized when the City expands the two off-site existing culverts the First and K Street. The proposed project involves potential impacts to environmentally sensitive vegetation, wetlands, and streambed alteration that may require a Habitat Loss Incidental Take (HLIT) Permit. Also regulatory permits from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, RWQCB, Dept of Fish & Game is required.
