Document Description
This project is part of a larger rehabilitation program on the trolley system to provide Low Floor Light Rail Vehicle (LFLRV) access on the Blue Line between Old Town and San Ysidro Transit Centers, and the Orange Line between 12th and Imperial Avenue Transit Center and Santee. Station improvements may include: raising platforms to 8" above the top of rail platform; lowering track; reducing ballast section; and/or replacing existing track with LR52 rail to accommodate LFLRVs. Passenger shelters shall be replaced and passenger information systems shall be installed.
