Document Description
This project is part of a larger rehabilitation program on the trolley system to provide Low Floor Light Rail Vehible (LFLRV) access on the Blue Line between Old Town and San Ysidro Transit Centers, and the Orange Line between 12th & Imperial Avenue Transit Center and Santee. The stations require imporvements which will raise the platforms from 6" to 8" above the top of rail platform and may also include lowering the track; reducing the ballast section; and/or replacing existing track with LR52 rail to accommodate LFLRVs. The platform at the the Euclid Avenud and 47th Street Station will be raised from level (0") to 8".
