Reasons for Exemption
The project consists of a minor alteration of existing public/private structures and facilities (streetlight fixtures) involving negligible expansion of the existing use. The existing mercury vapor and sodium vapor streetlight fixtured will be replaced with more energy efficient Light Emitting Diode (LED) fixtured on the same pole structures and in the same general locations.
