Document Description
This project will replace eight existing normal efficiency pump motors with premium efficiency pump motors and twenty inefficient heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment with high efficiency HVAC equipment at existing government facilities. All new equipment will be sited in the identical location as existing equipment. All of the new pump motors will be mounted to existing water pumps. All new HVACs will be sited on the existing pads and platforms. There will be no soils disturbance required in any of the projects. There will be no alteration to existing physical structures. There may be the need to make modest modifications to the electrical on a case-by-case basis. This will not include alteration of the existing buildings or associated structures.
