Document Description
Major 2 is designated in the approved ARCC plans as a 141,192 square foot building proposed for general commercial uses. The current applicant, Wal-Mart, now seeks a building permit to construct Major 2 in accordance with the approved ARCC plans. Under Title 15 and Chapter 16.40 of the City's Municipal Code, so long as a proposed building permit complies with the approved Master Plan, Development Plan, and the other provisions of the City's Code, the issuance of a building permit is ministerial.
