Authorize issuance of a ten-year Recreational Pier Lease to Albert King Jr. and Bonnie L. King, Trustees of the A.M. King Family Revocable Trust, dated March 4, 2008, beginning April 10, 2008, for the continued use and maintenance of two existing mooring buoys.
