Document Description
The project will replace thirty-three (33) existing 150 watt parking lot lights with LED lights rated 50 watts or less and twenty-four (24) existing 70 watt lights with LED lights rated 25 watt or less within the parking lots stated above. The project will also replace all of the interior T8 light bulbs within the Civic Center building with 28 watt bulbs and replace lighting controls with occupancy sensors within the building.
