Document Description
This project involves the fencing of sensitive mesquite dune habitat located in the Crossover Camp area at the North end of Ocotillo Wells SVRA. This mesquite sand dune habitat is fragile and unsustainable under open riding conditions. This project will be completed in a way which does not create a safety hazard for riders. the wire fence will still allow for animals to pass through. The area to be fenced with be a trapezoidal area with side lengths between 300-400 ft. each, totaling approximately 120,000 square feet.
