Document Description
The purpose of this project is to construct a new 6,000 square foot discovery center. The discovery center will be constructed of cement block. Existing infrastructure will be used for utilities. Some excavation for utilities between the old and new building location will occur. New building will be 60 ft. by 100 ft. Staging area will be in existing parking and roadway. The building will be placed immediately northwest of the temporary leased structure that is currently in place.
