DFG is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Ocean Discovery Institute. The applicant proposes to alter the stream to perform work associated with the Swan Canyon Restoration Project. Project activities include control of artundo through a combination of spraying and mowing, mulching of arundo biomass, and installation and watering of native plants. SAA #1600-2009-0300-R5.
