The proposed double track will extend an existing mainline track along an approximately 2.4 mile segment of the railroad right-of-way between the existing tracks, installation of new Control Point, one new concrete bridge 214 feet long across the Agua Hedionda Lagoon, various culvert extensions, and a retaining wall.
