- The 24 inch Gordon Water Line is currently located within the State Route 12 and Interstate 80 corridor. The new Gordon Water Line would be located within the Rockville Road right-of-way between intersection of Rockville Road and Suisun Valley Road to a point 1,600 ft west of Green Valley Road. The relocated Gordon Water Line would maintain the Vallejo Lakes water system connection between the 24 inch Gordon Water Line running within Suisun Valley Road and the existing 14 inch Green Water Line running west of Green Valley Road.
