Document Description
The proposed project involves demolition of existing Pier 36, including 133,000 sq.ft. of pile-supported decks and piles, the 35,000 sq.ft. Pier 36 warehouse building, and 18,800 sq. ft of marginal wharf, and construction of a new 57,000 sq. ft open space park, "the Brannan Street Wharf", which would be approximately 830 feet long, and would vary in width from 10 feet to 140 feet. The construction would require driving 269 new piles.
