The project includes earthmoving activities, and the installation and maintenance of erosion control measure associated with the existing 2.4 acres vineyard (4.03 net acres total) within a 12.68 acre holding. The project proposes the installation and maintenance of erosion control measures within on block with topography ranging from monderate to steeply sloping (slopes typically 13% to 50%, averaging 28%) annual non-native grassland at elevation between ~325 and 405 ft above mean sea level.
