Document Description
A Minor Subdivision of an approximately 1.2 acre parcel into two parcels of 20,000 square feet and 32,366 square feet. The parcel is currently developed with a single family residence, barn, and associated outbuildings. A Special Permit is requested to allow for the removal of a large second growth redwood tree that is split at the base(approximately 60 inches in diameter) located near the northeast corner of the property. A Special Permit is also requested to allow proposed Parcel 2 to exceed the maximum length to width ratio specified for the R-1 zone. An existing road (Da La Ti Lane) will provide access to both parcels. Water and sewer service is provided by the Redway Community Services District.
