Document Description
The project is limited to the improvement of an existing culvert crossing to make it suitable for heavy equipment use. Partial improvement to the culvert has been completed without an Agreement in place and could be subject to FGC section 1615. Additionally a new 70' single span bridge would be built to cross a seasonal stream. The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2011-0269-03 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Brian Sarantos/enXco.
