Document Description
-Construction of 59 wind turbines, with associated generators, towers, foundations, and pad mounted transformers; -Use of the REpower MM92 2.0 MW wind turbine model; -The maximum height of any of the proposed wind turbines would be 409 feet tall, as measured from grade level to the tip of the rotor blade at the uppermost (12:00) position. Lower heights would be used for some turbines to meet the height restrictions for Travis Air Force Base operations and Federal Aviation Regulations; -A total generation capacity of 118MW of electricity; -Project access road, control cables, power collection cables, a transmission line, three meteorological towers, and a substation as necessary to serve the Project; and -Use of the off-site Shiloh ll Operations and Maintenance facility, recently expanded under the Shiloh ll project, for shop and office space for operations/maintenance crew.
