On July 6, 2010, by its Ordinance No. 1765, the City Council of the City of Porterville has adopted the 2010 Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the Porterville Redevelopment Project No. 1 for the purpose of i) adding territory to the Existing Project Area; ii) reinstating the Porterville Redevelopment Agency's limited eminent domain authority specific to the Existing Project Area; and iii) modifying the Plan's projects and programs list specific to the Existing Project Area.
