The site is subject to the General Plan Regional Category 1.5 County Town, Land Use Designation (2) Residential. Zoning for the site is RS1. Access would be provided by a driveway connecting to Lazy S Drive. The project would be served by on-site septic tanks and Borrego Springs Fire Protection District. Groundwater will be imported from Borrego Water District.
