Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0128-R5, pursuant to section 1602 fo the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Jesse Gronner, Tule Wind LLC. Project executes a Streambed Alteration Agreement to allow 0.23 acre of permanent impacts and 0.69 acre of temporary impacts to ephemeral washes associated with the Project. Impacts associated with the Project will be mitigated through the restoration of 0.69 acre of temporary impacts, the enhancement of approx. 0.036 acre of stream habitat, and combined preservation of approx. 2.5 acres of ephemeral wash.
