- Allan Hancock Bike Path Extension will be a Class One (1) Bike Path, approximately one (1) mile long, beginning 800 feet nort of the "H" Street Bridge, then heading west for 50 fet, turning north, then west along the northern boundary of the Lompoc Federal Correctional Facility (FCC) farm field, then northwest to the FCC boundary. From there extending north and northeast to the terminus of Hancock Drive.
