Document Description
The construction of the proposed pipeline system would connect the replacement wells (South Cook Park Well and Well No. 5A) and the existing well (Tirador Well) to form a groundwater collection system in the vicinity of the San Juan Creek and south of Calle Arroyo. The collection system would supply water from the San Juan Groundwater Basin to the City of San Juan Capistrano's Groundwater Recovery Plant.
