Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (# 1600-2014-0073-R5) to the Project applicant, Jake Persons of Standard Pacific Homes. The Project proposes to construct 134 residential units, consisting of 80 detached single family units and 54 attached dwellings on an existing Christmas tree farm. This Project includes the reconstruction of an existing storm drain outlet that conveys off-site water into San Jose Creek and the installation of anew drainage spillway associated with a proposed onsite detention basin which would collect all on-site flows and allow for the release of storm water into the creek in the event of a 100-year storm. Normal storm flows would be discharged directly to the basin or be conveyed to a bio-swale, which will allow particulates to settle and filter contaminates prior to entering the spillway. The Project area is surrounded on all sides by development.
