Document Description
The residential component of the project is composed of 135 housing units, including one existing dwelling unit to be retained. Two other existing dwelling units would be demolished. The project is composed of one existing single family dwelling, 80 new detached dwellings and 54 attached dwelling units, for a total of 135 housing units. The project includes 23-24 affordable rental units, including one on-site manager unit.
