The project site is ~0.72 acres within McCrea Ranch, which is located east of North Moorpark Road within the northern edge of the City of Thousand Oaks. The Project entails the construction and operation of a 1,500 sf visitor center with parking and landscaping elements, as well as the exterior renovation of an existing 1,500 sf caretake's house. The Project requires approval from the Conejo Recreation and Park District, as well as a Development Permit from the City of Thousand Oaks.
