Document Description
The proposed Ramona Satellite Clinic and Medical Office Building would consist of development of a 2 story, ~36,650 sf building that would provide an urgent care facility, outpatient care facility, pharmacy, and medical offices. The project is needed to serve the growing healthcare needs of the community of Ramona. Access to the project site would be provided via 3 on-site driveways along Main Street, 13th Street and 14th Street, respectively. The proposed project would include the construction of an on-site parking lot that would provide a total of 165 paved on-site surface parking spaces and 24 bicycle spaces in accordance with County of San Diego parking standards. PPH intends to receive a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification for the facility.
