- The proposal for the Arroyo Simi Greenway is a multi-phase, multi-year project that will develop an 11.96 mile greenway along the Arroyo Simi, consisting of improvements to the recreational opportunities along the top of banks on either side of the Arroyo. These improvements will include: paving the rights-of-way to provide multi-modal trails, installing overlooks, rest stops, trail heads, and pedestrian bridges; constructing under crossings or improving at-grade street crossings; expanding and creating parks; creating connections to adjacent residential areas, businesses, and nearby schools; and installation new gateways, signs, and lighting along the Greenway.
