The proposed project is to change the zoning and general plan designation of the subject property from the General Commercial General Plan designation to Corporate Office and the zoning designation from General Commercial (C-3) to Corporate Office (CO). The zone change would reduce the allowed Floor Area ratio from 1.0 to 0.8. The intent of this change is to bring the subject property into zoning and general plan consistency with a neighboring property that recently underwent the same zone change and general plan amendment.
