The proposed project is exempt because the proposed work will consist of repair, maintenance and minor alteration of existing piblic structures, facilities. Including the replacement of mechanical equipment, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency's determination. The work will include: Interior or exterior alterations involving such things as interior partitions, plumbing, and electrical conveyances. The work also includes replacement or reconstruction of existing utility systems and/or facilities involving negligible or no expansion of capacity.
