Document Description
The project includes rehabilitation of 37 public housing facilities on an as needed basis. These affordable housing facilities are located in the County of Monterey and currently operated by the Housing Authority of the County of Monterey (HACM). Rehabilitation improvements at these housing facilities would include; A) modernization and energy retrofit improvements as needed for 28 facilties; and B) only necessary health and safety improvements adn routine maintenance of nine (9) facilties.
