Document Description
Working in conjunction with the Contra Costa County Office of the Sheriff Marine Services Unit, abandoned commercial vessels and water hazard sites (i.e., derelict dock and equipment structures) within Contra Costa County will be removed from the State's waterways and lands. Contractors will remove, dismantle, and properly recycle or dispose of non-hazardous solid waste and any ancillary hazardous materials
